Sponsor a Kiddush
If you are celebrating a special occasion such as a yahrzeit or bar/bat mitzvah and would like to sponsor a kiddush luncheon, we can offer you several options:
OPTION 1
The kiddush committee can provide everything needed for a standard kiddush: two challahs (for blessings before the meal), bagels, tuna salad, egg salad, lox and cream cheese, two vegetable salads, cut fruit, cake and cookies, coffee/ tea/ juice/ milk. We ask that you assist with set-up and clean-up.
Cost: $250.00
OPTION 2
You can bring in your own food, which must be dairy or parve. In other words, no meat or seafood (fish is fine). Please make sure to include two challahs for the blessings before the meal. Facilities are available in our kitchen to heat food. You are expected to take responsibility for set-up and clean-up.
Cost: A donation of your choosing to the shul.
For option 2 please be aware that we usually have 20 - 30 congregants at Shabbat services and that they will be joining the sponsors in the Social Hall for the luncheon.

For both options, the shul will provide whiskey, Kosher wine and Kosher grape juice for the blessings before the meal. If you want to serve wine, spirits or other beverages to your guests, you must bring that with you.

On request, the shul will provide the coffee/tea service, napkins, plastic cutlery/plates/cups and plastic tablecloths.
