Membership

The Beach Hebrew Institute is a warm, welcoming, unaffiliated, egalitarian Shul that follows the Conservative tradition. We are a friendly, caring and diverse community where people of all ages, sexual orientations, political viewpoints, and levels of Jewish observance have found a synagogue home.

Annual membership at the Beach Hebrew Institute is by contribution on the following sliding scale to ensure that everyone is welcome:

The individual membership is for a single adult (no children) and the family membership includes up to two adults and any dependent children living under the same roof. (Our membership year extends from September to the following August.) To support our commitment to inclusion, we hope you’ll stretch the amount you pay if you are able. Membership contributions help support the cost of our operations and are tax deductible.

For this option, please download and print the membership application. Mail the completed application to the address below and include a cheque made payable to "Beach Hebrew Institute".
