Making Jewish Music - a singalong at The Beaches Shul

Please join us for an evening of making Jewish music hosted by Susan Litchen and Tikka Smiley. This will be a welcome back for The (You Don't Have To Be) Jewish Family Choir and an introduction to a new opportunity we are calling Hava N'ranena, a group in the making, to sing niggunim, that is simple chants or melodies without words. We will sing some Chanukah songs to get ready for the holiday, and there will be potential performance opportunities.

The evening will be a bit more social than a regular choir rehearsal and there is no commitment to join. Just come out and sing.

The date is Tuesday November 22nd from 7:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. (Doors open at 6:30pm.)

Do you have a particular song you would like to contribute to the evening or an idea for a niggun? Please let us know and we will include it in the evening. Also let us know if you play an acoustic instrument you'd like to bring. There will be song sheets with chords and lyrics.

You are welcome to bring friends with you and please let us know if you are coming,
